The domain of 15levels.com and the photography portfolio presented on this website is created by Ruben Malayan, an Armenian photographer, graphic designer and an artist born in Yerevan, Armenia and currently residing in Tel Aviv, Israel. He has a teaching degree in Fine Arts and since 1990, has participated in Annual exhibitions at the Union of Armenian Artists and the Institute of Fine Arts in Yerevan, Armenia.

Ruben is the founder of "Armenian Genocide in Contemporary Graphic & Art Posters" for which he contributed number of posters, some of them based on his own photographs. He is currently involved in a number of design projects such as ArmeniaGuide.com, and in 1999 was awarded winner in the category of “Armenian FREENET Choice - for good design by means of computer technologies and wonderful art" by the UNDP Armenia Internet Project.
